In a region where the ground itself is always shifting, homes have always had a way of showing their age. Cracks in the walls, doors that won’t close, floors that slope like hills — around here, it’s just part of the landscape. You either fix it, or you move on. But if you’re planning to stay put, you need someone who knows how to make a house remain firm again.

On the cusp of the ’90s, options were slim. But within the following years, foundation repair became increasingly prevalent. Foundation repair was barely an industry at all when most were coming from either engineering or contractor backgrounds. But that didn’t stop a crew of hard workers from stepping up to take on a radically new industry. Aspiring for polish and perfection, we saw what others didn’t: a chance to build something even more solid from the ground up again.

That’s how Master Builders, Remodelers & Guaranteed Foundation Repair got its start in 1991.

And along the way, we’ve earned the trust of realtors, inspectors, and entire neighborhoods.

Our Founder

Brian Ramon is a seasoned business professional with a strong foundation in finance and property fields. After completing studies in business, real estate, and finance at Texas Christian University between 1979 and 1985, Brian Ramon transitioned directly into applying his knowledge and practical skill to the field.

Early in his career, he founded and operated a full‑time landscaping company that delivered a comprehensive range of services, including landscape maintenance, custom design and installation, drainage solutions, and irrigation systems. Managing this operation provided extensive experience in project oversight, client relations, and the technical challenges associated with residential properties.

This combination of formal education and hands-on operational leadership established a strong platform for future ventures, shaping a professional known for strategic thinking, problem solving, and a deep understanding of how properties function from the ground up.
